Notice of AGM re-run on 1st February 2012

Notice is hereby given that the Election and AGM for 2011 is to be re-held on Wednesday 1st February 2012 at 7:30pm by teleconference.

Members will receive access details for the AGM, a further notice of the AGM, ballot papers and other related information by post no later than the 4th January.
If for some reason you should not receive the documents, please contact our secretary who will be happy to forward another set on to you. The secretary can be contacted at .

Instructions on when and where to send your ballot papers is included on the ballot papers.
